‘SO BAD!’ ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky Gets Roasted By His Colleagues for Eating a Pancake Off the Floor

ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky took his already-questionable hygiene to a new level when he inexplicably decided to eat a pancake off the floor on live TV.

On the morning show Get Up, fellow analyst Jeff Saturday hosts a segment called “Sat ‘Em Down,” which focuses on the best pancake blocks from around the NFL. After showing the highlights, the crew traditional throws actual pancakes around the studio as a form of celebration.

Following the segment on Tuesday’s episode, Orlovsky picked up a pancake and took a bite into it. Before First Take was scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., Mike Greenberg took a moment to shame Orlovsky for the act.

“Quickly before we go, a violation this morning,” Greenberg said while introducing the clip of Orlovsky. “Watch Orlovsky. Watch Orlovsky. Watch Orlovsky!”

As the panel watched the clip, everyone let out a loud “no” in unison when Orlovsky took the bite.

“Oh no!” Dan Graziano said. “Never ever ever!”

Orlovsky said he made sure to only bite the side that wasn’t touching the ground, but Saturday argued that both sides likely touched the ground as the pancakes were thrown.

When Domonique Foxworth asked why Orlovsky would do such a thing, his answer was simple.

“Because I’m white,” Orlovsky responded.

Over the years, his colleagues have likely gotten used to things like that. After all, this is the same man that claimed he uses bath towels at least 30 times before washing them.
