‘Big Beautiful Handcuffs’: MTG’s Boyfriend Fantasizes About Arresting Trump’s Foes
Brian Glenn, the chief White House correspondent for Real America’s Voice, joined the network’s morning show on Monday and argued that people want to start seeing “big beautiful handcuffs” put on President Donald Trump’s foes.
“People are angry. You know, forget about the big beautiful bill, people want big beautiful handcuffs on some of these people,” Glenn said as an image of former FBI Director James Comey’s “86 47” Instagram post was shown on the screen.
“Because for far too long we saw– we saw Thomas Crooks took a shot at Trump in the head. He’s dead. We don’t know any more about that. Ryan Routh tried to shoot Trump on a golf course. We still haven’t seen a trial on that. And then James Comey comes out and says, yeah, “86 47,” and what do we do? He takes it down. He gets the number one book and we move along,” Glenn continued, seeming to suggest some connection between the events.
“I’m very disappointed in the progress in all of this. I have very little hope we’ll have any accountability for what you’re seeing right now,” concluded Glenn, who dates close Trump ally Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
“Well, you keep talking about those big, beautiful handcuffs, Brian, because I agree with you 1,000%. Got your back on this one, Brian Glenn. Thank you for being here,” said host Gina Loudon in reply.
Glenn made headlines in April when he told The Times about his new prominent role in the White House briefing room, “I think I probably know the president better than anybody in that room.”
“I’ve been with him five-and-a-half, six years now. I feel like my job as a conservative journalist is to ask questions that highlight the good things that he’s doing for this country — that a lot of the media outlets in there simply won’t ask,” he added to the UK outlet.
