Columnist Compares Trump to ‘That Hot Chick You’re Dating’ Who’s ‘Also Completely Crazy’

Conservative columnist Kurt Schlichter really does not like Donald Trump, and today he compared the leading GOP candidate to a hot chick you date when you’re young until you realize she’s insane.

Going off his column about how Trump will end up breaking the hearts of conservatives, Schlichter told CNN’s Brooke Baldwin earlier, “Sometimes that hot chick you’re dating is also completely crazy. And as much fun as it is to go out with her, it’s gonna end badly. That’s Donald Trump.”

He said Trump’s “sexy, he likes to party… he gives it to the RINOs good and hard,” but he will never make true conservatives happy.

Andy Dean, a Trump supporter, stepped in to defend Trump by basically channeling The Donald himself. He bragged about Trump’s poll numbers, invoked how well The Apprentice did in the ratings, and dismissed Townhall––the site Schlicter writes for––and said he’s never heard of it.

Dean even asked, “Are you saying the American people are dumb.” Schlichter said they’re just “way off-base if they think he’s a conservative,” arguing that Trump is running for president for his own amusement and ego.

But for as much as he trashed Trump, Schlichter made it clear he will support literally anyone against Hillary Clinton.
