Jeanine Pirro Says Whoopi Goldberg’s Blowup on The View Made Her Feel ‘Less Than Dirt’
On Thursday, Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro talked about the fiery backstage clash she had with Whoopi Goldberg on the set of The View.
Speaking to Sean Hannity during his evening show, Pirro claimed just minutes before all hell broke loose and Whoopi ended the interview she said that “we need to start talking to each other. We need to start having a conversation. People who ostensibly hate each other. The irony is that I said that about 2 minutes before she started.”
She then blamed the left, a comment similar to the one that set Goldberg off.
“I just felt that today was a microcosm of what is happening in America as the left suffers from this Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
Pirro continued on by noting that after the segment was over she went over to Goldberg backstage and said, according to her recollection “Whoopi, I fought for victims my whole life, something like that.”
She then said Goldberg started swearing at her.
“Tell everybody what she said without saying it,” Hannity pressed on.
“She said ‘F you. F you.’ And I said, did you just say, ‘F you?’ Then she said, ‘get the F out of this building’… And I felt like I was less than dirt. I couldn’t believe that I went there to have a conversation. I got thrown off the set, thrown out of the building, and as I walked away, she is yelling at me, ‘get the F out of this building!’ Sean, It’s sad.”
