Meghan McCain Calls Out Scaramucci for Trashing John Kelly: ‘You’re Out and He’s Still In’

Anthony Scaramucci has some pretty tough words about the man who fired him.

In an interview yesterday, the Mooch slammed White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and said that he has “hissy fits.” He also accused Kelly of hurting President Donald Trump and overall White House morale.

On The View this morning, Abby Huntsman brought up his criticisms of Kelly before Scaramucci said, “At some point he’ll eventually leave the White House.”

“Trump?” Joy Behar asked to laughter and applause.

Scaramucci continued on to say of Kelly, “I think he’s hurt the morale. People say, ‘okay, it’s personal,’ ’cause he fired me. It’s not personal. I’ve been fired before.”

“It’s just observational,” he said. “[Kelly] doesn’t have the personality skillset for that job. I applaud his service to the country, 40 years in the Marine Corps, he has the personality and skillset for that job…”

Meghan McCain then rather bluntly asked, “Why did Ivanka and Jared trust his opinion over yours, then?”

“In terms of what?” Scaramucci asked.

“Because clearly you’re out and he’s still in,” she answered.

McCain added, “I just think calling a general of his statue having a ‘hissy fit’––someone who has served in war, for me tonally is tone-deaf.”
