View’s Alyssa Farah Griffin Says Ex-Boss Trump Is ‘Infinitely Beatable,’ But Biden Is the ‘One Person Incapable of Beating Him’

The View co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin gave a brutal review of former President Donald Trump’s Republican National Convention speech, declaring her ex-boss is “infinitely beatable.”

On Friday’s The View, Griffin, a former communications official in Trump’s administration, mocked the former president for invoking fictional cannibal Hannibal Lecter during his speech and called his talk a “meandering” mess that was difficult to follow. Trump regularly cites Lecter, a creation of novelist Thomas Harris, during campaign speeches.

Griffin argued that her former boss appears to be suffering from cognitive decline amid calls for President Joe Biden to drop out, some of which come from within his own party, for the very same concerns.

“This to me underscored the fact that Donald Trump is an infinitely beatable candidate. This is somebody who’s polarizing, he’s divisive, and I also want to mention with due respect knowing what he went through, he’s not as sharp as he once was,” Griffin said.

Griffin predicted Biden will eventually drop from the race, especially in light of Trump’s convention speech. The president is currently isolating in Delaware after testing positive for Covid. Biden, Griffin argued, is the one candidate who appears incapable of actually defeating Trump.

“The reality is Democrats are currently running the one person who seems incapable of beating him, and I think these conversations that are happening around Biden are going to continue because people saw that and said, wait, we can beat this guy, why aren’t we?” she said.
