CNN’s Cuomo Got in Massive Twitter Debate Over Trump’s Transgender Protections Rollback

CNN’s Chris Cuomo has a very active presence on Twitter, and you can usually catch him engaging his viewers or defending his coverage from an assortment of critics. Earlier this week, Cuomo really took things up a notch as he held a major online debate with followers over President Trump‘s decision to revoke protective guidelines regarding transgender bathroom use.
As Trump prepared to reverse the Obama-era rules, Cuomo had this highly-colorful exchange with a tweeter:

According to the Washington Examiner, Cuomo tweeted about this issue approximately 90 times that day. The remarks prompted an onslaught of responses from those who were not exactly impressed by Cuomo’s idea about who is being intolerant:
