Four Dead in Shooting at Tennessee Waffle House
Four people were killed and four more were injured after a gunman opened fired in a Tennessee Waffle House late last night.
According to News Channel 5, six people were shot before someone “wrestled the AR-15 away from the gunman.”
People on the scene said the gunman was naked and ran from the scene.
Metro Nashville PD has tweeted that Travis Reinking is a person of interest in the shooting, saying, “Vehicle the gunman arrived in is registered to him. Gunman last seen walking south on Murfreesboro Pike. He shed is coat and is nude.”

A spokesperson for the PD said, “Keep your doors locked, keep your eyes open. If you see this individual — if you see a nude guy walking around this morning — call the police department immediately.”
UPDATE –– 3:44 pm ET: The police held a press conference this afternoon with more details. The gunman is still at large and apparently was arrested last year by the Secret Service:

29-year-old James Shaw Jr. is being heralded as a hero for intervening and disarming the gunman. As he explained, “I saw the opportunity and pretty much took it.”
