I think the question is where does one person’s freedom ends and anothers begins. So you wouldn’t have a problem with someone writing a hit piece on you moving in next door and leering at you 24/7. i don’t think this is a question of him being allowed to do it, but rather the moral compass of the left that thinks it’s acceptable.

In the posts of Michelle and INB, I think I can say, with complete validity, that they are giving Palin a deference due no one, absolving her of taste, judgment and accountability. However, I can also say that my response to Palin equally defies logic. I have not the slightest doubt that if she were to be seated next to me at a restaurant, I would ask to me moved, so offensive do I find her. There’s nothing logical to that, on either “side”.

Bill O’Reilly’s most recent book is published by Broadway, which is an imprint of the Crown Publishing division of Random House USA. So, if Beck were to organize a boycott of Random House, one would assume it might include O’Reilly’s books and possibly extend to the tour the two of them do to support Bill’s most recent publication.
