    I think my favourite part of the BET Honors Monday night was when Kim Burrell performed during the Whitney Houston tribute. I have to admit I hadn’t heard her before then, but I became a believer and now understand why folks refer to her as “this generation’s Ella Fitzgerald.”

    Whitney still seems to be bringing the crazy, though. You can only hide so much through judicious camera angle choice, but the Twitterverse knew better. (Also, unrelated, but the Twitterverse LOVES Trey Songz.)

    I kinda wonder if there had to be a lot of post-production used in editing The Voice’s acceptance speech.

    (I’m sorry I had to tack this onto one of the dozen Grammy articles instead of the BET Honors article, but…..well, you know.)
