Monica Lewinsky Is Now on Twitter

For people out there who want regular or semi-regular updates on Monica Lewinsky‘s life, she is now actively tweeting.

Lewinsky, 41, sent out her first tweet Monday morning: “#HereWeGo,” it said. A second tweet said she was “excited (and nervous” at Forbes‘ “Under 30 Summit.”

The summit, taking place in Philadelphia Oct. 19-22, includes “panel discussions, keynote presentations, parties and ‘Shark Tank’-style pitches in front of the world’s top venture capitalists,” according to Forbes.

Lewinsky’s Twitter bio identifies her: “Social activist. public speaker. contributor to Vanity Fair. knitter of things without sleeves.”

Lewinsky is, of course, famous for engaging in an extramarital affair with former President Bill Clinton while she was a White House intern in the late 1990s.

She is now a contributor at Vanity Fair.
