Still deflecting, still sidestepping Vicky33? Always trying to prove how smart you are. A civics exam wouldn’t prove anything except that you memorized something out of a book. There’s a lot of people like you who think regurgitating some facts proves they know something. 

Someone can tell you a lot about baseball. Do they know a lot about baseball? Or someone can play baseball really well. Does that mean they know a lot about it? What about when a batter swings to hit a pitched ball and unintentionally misses? What did the batter know about the pitched ball?

Of course, this is the kind of “knowing” that you’re trying to peddle. Your form of knowing is the rationalist type by what I can gather from you writing. You think you “know” some things because you believe it to be true. This kind of knowing makes you the kind of audience that the magician wants in the theater – the kind easy to fool in case you didn’t get what I meant.

The point is, what you think you know is really only what you claim to know. But it’s this kind of wishy- washy un-formulaic approach to what you argue about that gets you into trouble. It’s not enough to just know some facts. You need proof that they are in fact facts. And then you need to use reason to parse out the arrangement of the facts to make sure the structure of the reasoning is valid and sound.

For instance, you know your car requires gas. But, if your car will not start, how do you know if it requires gas as opposed to something else? You’ll need to somehow come to the conclusion that either either needs gas or something else that’s missing. How would your knowledge that it needs gas help you figure out why it will not start if it has gas? You’ll need to take the facts that you can prove and stack them into a format that proves or disproves the fact that your car will not start.

You see Sidestepping Vicky33, knowing civics does not make you a particularly good commentator on why George Soros made his 28 year old ex girlfriend sit at the children’s table, or anything else that was in this comment. So, while you still believe you can prove how smart you are by claiming a civics exam would prove this, you fail to see that a civics exam isn’t really relevant. It’s kind of like saying that your car has air in the tires is the likely reason it will not start. This is why you are an idiot.

You know they don’t give law students law exams before they get to law school, right? The give them logic exams to determine if they have the potential to make it through law school. But here’s the real kicker about that. The LSAT doesn’t guarantee success in law school. In fact, virtually no academic placement test guarantees success in it’s related field. Furthermore, no post graduate academic test guarantees success in that field either does it Sidestepping Vicky33? But you would know that wouldn’t you? Because that civics exam didn’t help you win that election did it?

And one more thing… The premise you keep trying to put forth about this civics exam is flawed. Your assuming that a higher score would indicate you’re somehow superior politically speaking. This is an incorrect assumption – the difference being that civics only represents an understanding of the functional structure of government, not the correctness of a particular political ideology.

So, while it is apparent you only want to while about me calling g you an idiot all the time you seem to fail to see that you act like an idiot all the time and I am just pointing it out.
