Trump: Mexico Will ‘Eventually’ Be Paying, ‘In Some Form,’ for the Border Wall

President Trump has taken the big D.C. fight over government funding to Twitter, and also used a few qualifiers in talking about Mexico paying for the border wall.

OMB Director Mick Mulvaney has publicly offered Obamacare subsidy payments to Democrats in exchange for border wall funding, something Democrats aren’t exactly enthusiastic about.

Trump called out the Democrats in two successive tweets:

ObamaCare is in serious trouble. The Dems need big money to keep it going – otherwise it dies far sooner than anyone would have thought.

The Democrats don’t want money from budget going to border wall despite the fact that it will stop drugs and very bad MS 13 gang members.

And then he said Mexico will “eventually” pay for the wall “in some form”:

Eventually, but at a later date so we can get started early, Mexico will be paying, in some form, for the badly needed border wall.
