Twitter Lights Up After Trump Org’s Russia Docs Are Subpoenaed: ‘Mueller is 10000000% Getting Fired’
Robert Mueller seems to have opened a new chapter of the investigation into potential collusion between President Donald Trump and Russia. Of course, this news is making waves with many observers online.
The New York Times reports that the special counsel subpoenaed the Trump Organization — asking for documents pertaining to the president’s business dealings and ventures connected to Russia. The Russia probe is often a sore subject for Trump, and the president has said in the past that an investigation into his family’s finances would be a “red line” for him.
The House Intelligence Committee might not be looking into this anymore, but since Mueller is, a lot of Twitter commentators had some thoughts on this new development:
