Fox’s Napolitano Thinks That James Comey Should Resign
Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano thinks that FBI Director James Comey needs to resign.
Napolitano is calling him “J. Edgar Comey” now, and he told Alan Colmes on the radio tonight that he has serious problems with that “inauspicious and vague and ominous letter” he sent out.
He took some serious issue with how Comey has conducted himself over the FBI investigation and how he undermined the decision not to indict by laying out all the evidence beforehand.
But then Napolitano went on to say that Comey should resign, arguing, “I can’t imagine he would still be the Director of the FBI come February of 2017. I can’t imagine Mrs. Clinton or Donald Trump keeping him.”
