Krauthammer on Trump’s Tax Returns: This Issue Is a ‘Dead Parrot’

On Fox’s Special Report tonight, Charles Krauthammer said the issue of President Trump‘s tax returns is basically a “dead parrot.”

Bret Baier brought up the Tax Day protests where people were demanding the returns, as well as the president’s response to them.

Mara Liasson said Trump could put out his returns if he wanted to, though as Mollie Hemingway pointed out, as president, Trump’s tax returns are audited every year.

When Baier asked Krauthammer if there’s any way Trump will release the returns, Krauthammer said, “Never. This issue is dead. It’s a dead parrot.”

Or perhaps it’s just pining for the fjords?
