Lady Gaga and Elton John At The Grammys: Two Giants, One Piano, Many Sequins
The Grammys kicked off tonight with the union of two epic figures of music and fabulosity: Lady Gaga and one of the giants upon whose shoulders she stands on in Alexander McQueen platform shoes, Elton John. “How wonderful life is with Gaga in the world,” sang Elton, playing on the lyrics to his seminal ballad, “Your Song.” She countered with her own song, “Speechless,” singing back to him: “Thank you, love you, Sir Elton John.” Aw.
