Sarah Palin: Obama Needs To Stop Listening To His “Chicago Thug” Advisers

video

In the wake of “Super Woman Tuesday” Sarah Palin appeared on Sean Hannity last night to discuss whether the Palin-effect was behind Tuesday’s primary results (or not), what her presidential ambitions are exactly, and how her new neighbor is treating her.

“I was expecting we might have your new neighbor in the background…how’s that situation working out?”

Turns out, it’s not! The Palin family is apparently traveling in a RV right now where they “it’s nice and peaceful.”

Palin, however, was hesitant to take credit for Tuesday’s results “because like John Wooden said ‘it doesn’t matter who is right, it matters what is right.’ And what they had was the right message to get our country back on track.” Palin also speculated that the results were a shot across the bow to the GOP establishment:

Even the Republican machine needs to understand that hey, we’re not going to put up with those in the machine that have strayed from the planks and the platform that are supposed to be building this country into an even more exceptional country than America already is.

Palin also reiterated that she thinks President Obama‘s lack of executive experience is coming into play now and that (and look for this Facebook note coming soon) he needs to stop listening to the “Chicago thugs” that are advising him. As for a for a presidential run, Palin is open to anything life has to offer “now let’s get back to that oil spill, Sean.”

All the Marys in Heaven, a woman who so effectively extorted money from the state of Alaska, bilked Alaska of tax money due it from her and unilaterally breached the contract she had made with Alaska and Alaskans gives us a lecture about thuggery. Irony thy name is Sarah!

  • MichelleF

    Yawn, more Palin hate.

  • paulmdoro

Yawn, more of Palin being a broken record. Does someone pay her every time she says “Chicago thugs”?

  • The Real Royal King

Yes, if we’re not all as smitten with Ms. Palin as much as a pre-teen girl at a Boy Band Concert, we must hate her. There could be no gradation involved.

  • Liberty – Not Redistribution

Sounds like good advice to me. Obama’$ getting bad advice from somewhere, and he is suspiciously surrounded by Chicago politicians – i.e. thugs.

  • The_Reasonable_Lib

Sorry, all I heard was “Republican talking point, I hate black man, me real america, republican talking point” I’d much rather have Obama than Todd Palin running this country since good ol Chuckers says Sarah doesn’t make the decisions.

  • paulmdoro

Does she have new advice? I believe she’s been saying an iteration of the above for nearly 2 years now.

  • MrAut

two of our most profound political minds…lol.

I never heard her say she hates black men. Did I miss that part or are you just slandering her?

  • shootfromthehip

Palin is beyond a joke at this point.

  • DonnaK

Before I comment, I know MichelleF, will call me a hater in about 2 seconds–predictable!! I agree totally with what has been said about Palin, same things she has been saying for 2 years, “chicago thugs”, notice all talking republican heads are using this now, and quickly changes subject when Hannity asks “if she is running”, John Wooden, she misquoted who he even was, the first time she spoke about him. I can’t understand why she is quoted so much every time she opens her mouth, I guess the media just need a good laugh in these trying times!!

  • Liberty – Not Redistribution

    The_Reasonable_Lib says:
” I’d much rather have Obama than Todd Palin running this country”

Well I wish Mr. Obama was running the country. As it looks, he’s not running anything. Repeatedly claiming that the various problems are “complicated,” going golfing and to the theater while the Gulf of Mexico fills with Oil is not leadership. How about Obama wave or at least ask Congress to repeal the Jones Act so vessels from other countries can help out. Instead, when the Dutch asked the US if they needed help, the Administration said no. Maybe he could do that. Or maybe he could kick the Corp of Engineers in the “A$$” so Jindal can get those berms built, how about that.

This guy is in way over his head.

  • paulmdoro

I think it is easy for a president to look like he is in way over is head. They are juggling many things at once and everyone wants a quick fix (this country is all about instant gratification). Bush appeared in over his head at times too. Nature of the beast.

  • MichelleF

Donna, the only problem i ever had with your was your hyprocrisy. If it’s not ok to bash Obama, which in your opine, it’s not, then how is it ok to trash palin on a daily basis?

I’m much more interested in getting an answer to the question I asked you yesterday. You know, Bush’s economic policies ruined your business, but you love Obama’s. What have Obama’s ecomonic polices done to help you, and how did Bush’s ruin your business?

  • writer

Attacking Palin is a way to distract from the fact that Obama is screwing the pooch. Wag the dog.

  • The Real Royal King

If you do not know how to use “opine,” a verb, stop using it. It sounds silly.

  • writer

    The grammar police strike again.

  • MichelleF

King, It’s you who sounds silly when you try to act smarter than everyone around you. I happen to like the word. When I’m in English class, I’ll worry about using it correctly. That’s for your critique though.

  • The Real Royal King

Well, that’s your opine and your entitlement to them.

And Sarah needs to stop talking like a moron.

The King is just being helpful. If by helpful you mean arrogant.

  • DonnaK

For your information MichelleF–My husband and I started a car business from scratch, ran it very successfully for 34 years. All of our customers did their financing through banks & credit unions. When Bush came into his administration made subprime money so available, everyone opened Buy Here-Pay her car lots–financing for anyone and everyone whatever their credit history. It hurt business people, such as ourselves badly. So, many people went to these places that financed themselves, even though they had to pay 24% interest to get cars. I voted for Bush for a second term, hoping he was going to turn this around–he did nothing to help us small business people, just the big guys. I voted for Obama, because he was a different politician, and I still believe in him. Things are rough for him right now, but I still believe in our country, and I think he will turn things around. People like you give him no respect, but yet believe everything that comes out of Palins pie hole, I’m not saying I won’t vote for a republican in the future, but it sure as hell won’t be a hate monger like her.

  • JohnSimpson

    Good one, SP!

  • MichelleF

    Donna,
So Bush is to blame fo the subprime mess and dem’s had nothing to do with it? Really!!

Whose policies led to the credit crisis?

    http://hotair.com/archives/2008/09/16/whose-policies-led-to-the-credit-crisis/

I’m truly sorry your business suffered, but let’s put the blame where it belongs and not continue to use Bush as a scapegoat.

  • paulmdoro

Hot Air is about as biased a source as one can get, no different from the ones the right-wingers here complain about (Media Matters, etc.).

No one person is to blame people. There is plenty to go around.

  • MichelleF

I’d agree Paul. There is plenty to go around.

  • MichelleF

RL, I’m still waiting for you to post the quote of Palin saying she hates black men or for you to admit you are slandering her. Step up and be a man.

  • DonnaK

MichelleF–I thought since you kept asking me for reason’s I would attempt to let you know where my point of view was coming from. People like you really don’t care, you use anything to justify your talking points, over & over. It is a waste of time to communicate with robots, such as yourself.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Kam-Fet/572005492 Kam Fet

I don’t even know why she’s been quoted. You should quote people who are credible or worth listening to.

  • writer

Michelle, to the left, anything less than placing a halo over the head of every minority qualifies as racism.

  • paulmdoro

To the right, anything less than shouting “Obama sucks” means you are a Communist.

  • writer

No, paul. Van Jones was the communist. Obama just hires them.

Well, I’m not sure where that came from. I was just trying to get you to see that Bush wasn’t solely responsible for the subprime crisis, like you are saying. You’re the one that can’t admit that, so who is the robot that sticks to talking points?

Good point. I agree. There is plenty of blame to go around. Both NeoCons and Liberals bow down to corporatism, while walking all over actual capitalism. There is plenty of blame.

  • paulmdoro

Exactly LNR. It’s not like only one political party has close ties to corporations and their money.

  • writer

Is Bush still in office? Oh, yeah. According to MSNBC, he is.

  • paulmdoro

    I don’t watch MSNBC.

  • writer

That’s okay. They’re not the only ones saying that no matter how long Obama has been in office, nothing is his fault.

  • paulmdoro

Just like there are those who say that no matter what he does, including breathe, it is wrong.

  • writer

Can’t say everything is wrong, but I live on the Gulf Coast and I saw two boats out there laying booms yesterday. That was it. Two. Even giving Obama the benefit of the doubt, it’s been a while now. Two? That’s what we get?

  • PureFreedom

    @DonnaK
I think you better check your facts. The Dems are the ones who pushed these loans with no credit check with fanny Mae and other banks.
Bush was against it and stated this a few times.

  • lonestar77

Palin is correct. The thuggish Chicago style politics is destroying the Obama presidency.

  • roxsteady

As opposed to getting advice from a hillbilly grifter? Oh, and in Palin’s facebook post she said this:

“These decisions and the resulting spill have shaken the public’s confidence in the ability to safely drill. Unless government appropriately regulates oil developments and holds oil executives accountable, the public will not trust them to drill, baby, drill. And we must! Or we will be even more beholden to, and controlled by, dangerous foreign regimes that supply much of our energy.”
But, as Shannyn Moore points out:

“Foreign regimes like Canada and Mexico who deliver more oil to America than any other country?”

For those of you who are not immune to the facts, I’d suggest you read this entire article. Personally I think Palin’s is just pissed because the President won’t call her. Maybe she should contact Bobby Jindal though judging from the article, she clearly isn’t interested in helping the people of the Gulf. Instead, she’s more interested in making headlines and what better why then to mention the President of the United States. Jindal is not high enough on the food chain. Oh, and don’t be too upset that it’s the huffington post because Shannyn More lives in ALASKA!

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/shannyn-moore/palins-phoney-call-me-off_b_605940.html

  • writer

And just how is Palin supposed to be helping people along the Gulf? Isn’t that Obama’s job? 69% of the people think Obama is doing a poor job of it.

I think a fifth grader would know more about energy and oil than Sarah Palin. Well, not Piper, since she never gets to go to school and always has to serve as the human shield for her mom. Boo hoo! Sarah Palin is having to live out of a RV right now–you can bet that Sarah bought this $200,000 plus RV so that if she uses it for one week, it will be bought through Sarah’s PAC and she will write it off as an office expense/more income that she doesn’t have to pay taxes on. This week she will comment with quotes from Wooden and pretend that she was a big fan of him–she never quoted him until his death and media attention was given to him. Look to see who dies this weekend, and she will start quoting that person and try to latch onto any free publicity and good will associated with the death. Sarah Palin is just a fame whore and grifter.

  • Liberty – Not Redistribution

Like it or not, Obama does act fairly thugish. Here is an example of some of his language to entice violence:

Obama: “They Bring a Knife…We Bring a Gun” – “Get in Their Faces!” – “I don’t want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! I’m angry!” – “Hit Back Twice As Hard” and the more recent “We talk to these folks… So I know whose a$$ to kick.”

Of course NEOCONs have used their own language.

  • Liberty – Not Redistribution

While I don’t personally care for Sarah Palin, I do enjoy how she brings out the hatred on the left. Man, some of these comments about her, her children and husband are disgusting. While you’ve got every right to say what you say, it’s failry comical to see how she really scares you people; it’s like she’s got you frothing at the mouth. LOL…funny.

  • paulmdoro

Palin (using crosshairs, undeniable gun imagery): “We’ll aim for these races and many others,” she wrote on her Facebook page. “This is just the first salvo in a fight to elect people across the nation who will bring common sense to Washington. Please go to sarahpac.com and join me in the fight.”

    Is this enticing violence too?

  • paulmdoro

She doesn’t just scare the left LNR. While down town halls with undecided (moderate/independent) voters before the 2008 election, the Obama team kept coming across supposedly undecided voters who kept asking about the birth certificate and his religion. They did not seem undecided at all. When someone finally asked one of these voters why they were at an undecided voter town hall, the elderly woman replied, “Because of McCain dies Palin is president.”

  • Liberty – Not Redistribution

    paulmdoro says:
“Is this inciting violence too?” Just like I said paulmdoro, the neocons have used their own language as well. It’s nice to see that you all are playing tit-for-tat. LOL…real mature.

  • paulmdoro

So is language like that, whether or Obama or Palin, really attempting to incite violence? Or are we getting a little carried away by suggesting that? I hope those questions are mature enough for you.

  • Liberty – Not Redistribution

“They did not seem undecided at all. When someone finally asked one of these voters why they were at an undecided voter town hall, the elderly woman replied, “Because of McCain dies Palin is president.””

So? Are you expecting something from me? I don’t care for her, nor am I scared of her. She’s not going to be President anytime soon, although anything is possible look at Obama. You people make too much out of here. Get over it.

  • paulmdoro

You people have a habit of making broad generalizations that are simply untrue, like “the left is so afraid of her.” I get it, you don’t care for her, but you sure talk about her a lot. Get over it.

  • Liberty – Not Redistribution

I never talk about her, only when people freak out over every single word of hers. She’s just one person. If the media and those obsessed with her would just ignore her then she’s probably just go away. It’s amazing how people just froth at the mouth over her. LOL….I guess you’re one of’em.

  • paulmdoro

Right cause she doesn’t actively court media attention at all. LOL.

  • paulmdoro

Well I never said that and I was talking to LNR specifically. But yes, Michelle, if it makes you feel better, many people of all political persuasions are guilty of making broad generalizations.

  • me1ranger

Paul..you seem a little bitchy today. You upset about the unicorns’ poop too? The British are spreading the rumor around that Sarah had her boobs done..now thats titalating news at its finest. No derangement from the left, is there?

I wondered how long it would take for the libs on this site to jump on the, “did sarah get a boob job” wagon. You never disappoint. I have no idea if she did, but IF she did, so what!

  • me1ranger

People who believe in fairy tales, like obama would make a wonderful president, or unicorns, have to, one day, realise that you might end up stepping in their poop. Or at least spend a lot of time cleaning up after them..

  • paulmdoro

Fascinating. I will be sure to keep that in mind and look for my pooper-scooper.

  • Nachi

Ahh. Our Repuglican Northern Neanderthoid speaks again. Feeding upon the cascasses of the unwashed masses. You go, Sarah!

  • lanquihue

You people who can’t stand Palin are so transparent. You guys hate Palin for three reasons combined: She’s smart, she’s pretty, and she’s conservative. So many of you just can’t seem to disagree with her politics, it becomes personal. I figure this is because a typical liberal woman these days is an ugly feminist carpet muncher, and this new breed of intelligent, family oriented, men respecting conservative woman is seen as a big threat by the left. And of course, the left does what they always do, attack the individual personally.

  • paulmdoro

“this new breed of intelligent, family oriented, men respecting conservative woman”

    You think this is new?

  • The Real Royal King

Actually, lanquihue, I think Palin looks cheap. The kind of girl you might have dated for a good time, but not the kind you’d bring home to Momma. At least, not my Momma.

As for smart, I think she rather conclusively established for all during the Couric interview and the debate that there are serious gaps in her intelligence. Conniving, tenacious, self-serving? Yes. Smart, not so much.

A comment of remarkably profound insight, lanquihue, particularly given that it was proceeded by a maelstrom of mendacious banality, inane right-wing sloganeering and, er, personal attack.

By the by, assuming for the moment that your inane proposition was credible–that is, that any objection to the Grifter Granny’s cerebral paucity and odious character was rooted in rivalry–to what would you attribute the soul-distorting envy that afflicts Ms. Wasyphilis? By your own admission, it would be attributed the fact that our President is exceptionally bright, extremely handsome and proffers more sophisticated political ideology, no? Oh, and don’t forget his vastly superior jump shot.

I admit it, though; I’m jealous of a woman who would lose at Trivial Pursuit to a Chilean sea bass.

Yet another shocking example of a pro-Obama thug violently assaulting anti-Obama protesters has emerged right on the eve of an MSNBC hit piece hosted by Chris Matthews which smears anyone who questions the actions of international bankers or the federal government as a dangerous racist who wants to kill people.
As we reported yesterday, an advance script of next week’s “Rise of the Right” MSNBC special, which was leaked to us by a concerned MSNBC staffer, portrays Americans who suspect international bankers might not have their best interests at heart as neo-nazi Hitler supporters who want to shoot cops and instigate a bloody revolution.
In reality, the only violence witnessed at Tea Party gatherings is being dished out by crazed pro-Obama thugs who are incensed that anti-government protesters still have the temerity to express their First Amendment and criticize their dear leader.
A group of local citizens in North Carolina protesting the Financial Reform bill and the Durbin BP Bailout amendment were approached by a man who disagreed with them that Obama was to blame.
After the small gathering of protesters chanted “no more bailouts,” the man began to argue with the group about who was to blame for the financial collapse.
The man then appears to push away another man holding a video camera before putting his hands on the other man’s wife.
“Hey don’t touch my wife, you got it?,” says the cameraman as the clip cuts to another video camera from a different angle which shows the pro-Obama thug wrestling with and then slamming the cameraman with a vicious punch to the face.
When the pro-Obama thug is asked to remain at the scene because the police want to talk to him, he states, “you get your camera, you shove it up your ass”. He then threatens the cameraman with violence again saying, “If you don’t fuck around, you’ll get hurt”. The man is subsequently seen standing near a police car but it is unclear whether any action was taken.

Funny how Caribou Barbie calls her political opponents thugs when she’s the one who gins up death threats against those who displease her. You didn’t hear anyone at Obama’s rallies shouting “Kill her!” at the mention of Palin’s name the way you heard yahoos yell “Kill him!” when Palin mentioned Obama.
