SNL Introduces The World to The Artisanal Hood

Hood life is kind of different these days, as Kevin Hart, Jay Pharoah, and Kenan Thompson discuss in this Saturday Night Live sketch set in the formerly scary, but now completely gentrified Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn.

For one, the raging parties involve drinking white wine and painting landscapes. There’s more brunch and gelato. And being “surrounded by bitches” means you’re just on your daily outing as a dogwalker.


But the police are still suspicious of African-American males, so that hasn’t changed.
