Fox News Host Mark Levin Calls Nancy Pelosi ‘Fascist’ 18 Times in an Hour
Mark Levin tried to set a new record by calling Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi “fascist” 18 times during his hour-long radio program over such issues as Pelosi’s refusal to fund Trump’s border wall in exchange for ending the Trump and postponing the State of the Union Address until after government reopens.
On Wednesday’s edition of The Mark Levin Show, the host said that “Nancy Pelosi is America’s first fascist, and that’s a fact,” and in case anyone missed the bold declaration, Levin repeated variations on it seventeen other times during the show.
“Now, they call the president of the United States Hitler, Stalin,” Levin, then generously allowed that “I would never call Nancy Pelosi Hitler, Stalin or Eva Braun.”
“But her tactics are the tactics of a fascist,” he continued. “And she’s stomping all over our Constitution. And I’ll call her out on it, even though the others will hide back in the shadows until I clear the coast. That’s OK.”
Levin — who hosts a Sunday evening show on Fox News called Life, Liberty, and Levin — also suggested, several times, that Pelosi is “mentally ill.”
Most of the references to Pelosi as a “fascist” came within 20 minutes of each other, but later in the program, a caller brought Pelosi up again.
“Yes, she’s a fascist, I said, and I believe that she’s mentally unhinged,” Levin told the caller.
Nancy Pelosi is the Speaker of the House of Representatives, which under the United States Constitution is a coequal branch of government.
