Trump Lets Loose in Freewheeling Riff on 2020 Dems: ‘I Don’t Know What the Hell Happened to Biden!’

President Donald Trump once again mocked the Democrats running to face him in 2020, this time during a Louisiana speech this afternoon on energy and the economy.

At one point as he talked about jobs, the president remarked, “I’m looking at the competition. You sort of dream about competition like that but who knows.”

He again really emphasized the pronunciation of Pete Buttigieg‘s last name before saying, “I got ’em all. I got Beto. Beto is falling fast. What the Hell happened? Remember about four weeks ago, he said I was made for this. He was made for it. He was made to fall like a rock. What happened to him? But he’s tried to restart his campaign. That generally doesn’t work out too well.”

He also said he doesn’t “know what the hell happened to Biden” either, remarking, “I’m looking, I said that doesn’t look like the guy I knew. What happened to him?”

Trump called Bernie Sanders “crazy,’ but added that at least he has more energy than Biden––”but it’s energy to get rid of your Jobs.”

He also swiped at Elizabeth Warren, remarking that “Pocahontas I think is probably out.”

“350 million people and that’s the best we could do. I don’t think so,” Trump concluded. “Even as Democrats, I could pick better than that.”
