Kanye West made a Super Bowl ad on his phone to promote a website he’s currently using to sell t-shirts with swastikas on them.

In the days before the Super Bowl, West — having recently returned to Twitter/X — posted a near-incessant stream of tweets praising Hitler and repeating anti-Semitic hate speech. The artist eventually deactivated his account again, but he reappeared in an ad aired during Super Bowl.

West appeared to be in a dentist’s office in the ad.

“So, what’s up, guys?” West said in the video recorded on his phone. “I spent, like, all the money for the commercial on these new teeth; so, once again, I had to shoot it on the iPhone… Go to Yeezy.com.”

The website is typically where West sells clothing. At the time of writing, the site had just one item: a white t-shirt emblazoned with the symbol most commonly associated with Nazi Germany.

As noted by The Hollywood Reporter, the ad was only a local one and did not air nationally. Approximately two hours after the game ended, the ad aired a second time.

During last year’s Super Bowl, West aired a similar video — again filmed on his phone — promoting his clothing brand.
