Big Gay Ice Cream Cookbook Drops Spring 2014
Calling all salty pimps: your favorite Big Gay Ice Cream hawkers are delving into the publishing world with an all-new Big Gay Ice Cream Cookbook, set to hit shelves Spring 2014. (It takes a long time for cookbooks to get made. FYI.)
We have little doubt in Big Gay Ice Cream founders Doug Quint and Bryan Petroff’s writing abilities, considering their consistent placement on must-follow food celeb Twitter lists and their high-larious Top Chef: Just Desserts recaps. Paired up with publisher Emily Takoudes of Clarkson Potter (also responsible for the Roberta’s cookbook), we’re certain they’re on track for some sort of best-seller something or other.
According to the publishers:
“The creators of Big Gay Ice Cream will combine bold and adventuresome ice cream and topping recipes with over-the-top stories of the surreal world that has made Big Gay Ice Cream’s first few years so memorable.”
Finally! The secrets behind the toasted curried coconut topping REVEALED. We can’t wait for two summers from now.
