Get Excited: Gabrielle Hamilton Signed On For The Mind of a Chef

Yesssss lady chefs yessss — or how about just all-around killer chef? Now that we find out that the next chef tapped to be on the award-winning show The Mind Of a Chef, we are eager to set our DVRs.

Production has already begun to feature Gabrielle Hamilton on season four of The Mind of a Chef, reports Food Republic. Hamilton is obviously a good choice: known for her killer Brooklyn restaurant, Prune, and her long-awaited cookbook following her smash success of a memoir. Hamilton will join a cast of all-star chefs to have appeared on TMOAC: David Chang, Sean Brock, April Bloomfield, Edward Lee and Magnus Nilsson.
