WATCH: Jimmy Fallon Finds Paula Deen’s Rider, Learns She Likes Segregated Clothing

The writing staff of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon has “discovered” the celebrity riders of quite a few famous people, and wouldja look at that, they found Paula Deen’s list of things that she needs while on tour.

Did you know that Van Halen used to hide a clause in their riders that forbade brown M&Ms in their dressing room, and would refuse to play concerts if they found any? According to David Lee Roth, it was a safety mechanism to ensure that the promoters read the entire contract through and had fulfilled legitimate safety concerns. In other words, the sight of a brown M&M meant that something was not safe onstage.
