Kristen Bell’s ‘Pinksourcing’ Provides The Cheapest, Best Workforce: Women!

Kristen Bell knows how to fix your failing business: hire more women!

In a video for the Huffington Post‘s new series, “Celebs Have Issues,” Bell lays out her plan for Pinksourcing, the alternative to outsourcing. Women are the best source of labor because “you don’t have to pay women overtime, they’ll never ask for a raise, and they don’t complain about their working conditions.”

They’ll also bring baked goods on birthdays, and you don’t have to pay for women’s birth control, unlike “boner pills,” which are covered by health insurance. Bonus!

The best part? You never have to promote them.

“Celebs Have Issues” will have celebrity guests use comedy to raise awareness about issues facing our nation.
