Actor John Leguizamo is lashing out against fellow thespian Dean Cain over his new role as an actual ICE agent.
The Latino star of Summer of Sam and Executive Decision ripped into Cain in a social media post Friday afternoon, days after the former “Superman” revealed he was joining ICE after a recruitment push by Homeland Security boss Kristi Noem.
“I’m actually… a sworn deputy sheriff and a reserve police officer,” Cain told Fox News on Wednesday in regard to his status as a law enforcement officer in Idaho. “So now I’ve spoken with some officials over at ICE and I will be sworn in as an ICE agent ASAP.”
The move ticked off Leguizamo, who often posts anti-Trump memes and videos on his social media pages.
“What kind of loser volunteers to be an ICE officer?” Leguizamo said in the video. “What a moron. Dean Cain, your pronouns are has, been.”

Leguizamo, who’s now starring in the Apple TV drama Smoke, is not alone in his criticism of Cain.
On Thursday night, a CNN Newsnight panel erupted as Scott Jennings suggested Cain’s involvement will help ICE with recruitment.
The notion rattled Ringer podcaster Van Lathan, who went on a tirade against Cain, who starred as the Man of Steel in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
“Scott, it’s not ’95. Nobody gives a Sam Hill what Dean Cain does,” Lathan said. “Dean ain’t worked in a while. Dean needs the 50,000. That’s what got Dean off the couch. Dean ain’t worked in a while. Dean gonna take that money and buy some crypto. Dean need the 50. That’s what Dean is on.”
