Man Arrested Outside Kamala Harris’ Official Residence With Gun and Ammo in Car

A man was detained outside the Naval Observatory — the vice president’s residence — on Wednesday by the Secret Service.

A 31-year-old Texas man was arrested near the residence, and according to authorities, a rifle and ammunition were found in the car.

The vice president has been temporarily staying at Blair House.
