Trump Rages At Fani Willis After Defiant Day Of Testimony Fending Off Trump Team Lawyers

Former President Donald Trump raged at Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis after she spent hours Thursday fending off Trump Team attorneys trying to derail her election crimes case.

On Thursday, DA Willis took the witness stand in a hearing over a challenge brought by one of Trump’s 18 co-defendants in the Georgia election crimes case that seeks to have Willis removed for an alleged conflict of interests.

In a dramatic day of testimony, a former Willis friend contradicted under-oath statements from Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade about their “romantic relationship,” Wade pushed back on the allegations against him, and then it was Willis’s turn.

Over the course of several hours, the prosecutor-turned-witness did battle with a round-robin of Team Trump attorneys: Trump attorney Steven Sadow; Ashleigh Merchant, an attorney for Trump co-defendant Michael Roman; William Cromwell, who represents Trump co-defendant Cathy Latham; and Harry MacDougald, attorney for Trump co-defendant Jeffrey Clark.

Taking defiant offense at lines of questioning, peppering her testimony with colorful and, at times, riveting details, and pressing the point that her adversaries had “lied” in court filings about her relationship with Wade.

Trump — who stands to benefit if DA Willis is removed from the case — raged at the woman prosecuting him with a series of all-caps Truth Social posts repeating allegations that Willis disputes as fact well into the night:

FANI NEVER PAID CASH. SHE GOT FREE TRIPS AND OTHER THINGS FROM HER LOVER, WITH THE EXORBITANT AMOUNTS OF MONEY SHE AUTHORIZED TO BE PAID TO HIM. A GIANT SCAM. WITCH HUNT!!!

I can’t believe the Georgia State Judiciary, or the Governor, can be happy about this humiliating embarrassment. It was a FAKE CASE from the start, and now everybody sees it for what it is, a MAJOR LEAGUE SCANDAL! The legal pundits, experts, and scholars are all screaming that this Witch Hunt, which has hurt so many fine people and patriots, should be immediately terminated and permanently erased from everyone’s memory. The stench of what has happened should shame Georgia no longer. It should get back to GREATNESS, and FAST!!!
