Trump Reveals ‘Very Angry’ Biden Blamed Obama, Pelosi For Stabbing Him in the Back During Post-Election Meeting

President Donald Trump has revealed that former President Joe Biden told him he blamed Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi for his ejection from the top of the Democratic ticket during an Oval Office meeting between the two rivals after the 2024 election.

The revelation came during an interview Trump granted with The Spectator World’s Ben Domenech, and after Trump wondered aloud if Biden might have stuck it out through Election Day “if he did better in the debate” and mused that “it was just too bad” that he was replaced by then-Vice President Kamala Harris.

“Yeah, well, I think that’s one of the reasons why he [Biden] actually looked pretty happy when you met him after the election,” suggested Domenech.

“But I asked him, you know, I went to the White House a few months before this all happened… But I went there and he asked for a meeting, and I went and we talked for a little while, and at first I couldn’t… You couldn’t… He talked so low,” replied Trump. “And then he started getting more. And I asked him, I said, ‘So who do you blame?’ Because he was very angry, you know, he was a very angry guy, actually. And he said, ‘I blame Barack.’ And I never think of him as ‘Barack.’ You know, you always hear ‘Obama.’ You say, you have to think about that for a second. And he said, ‘And I also blame Nancy Pelosi.’

“I said, ‘What about the vice president?'” recalled the president. “He said, ‘No, I don’t blame her,’ which was interesting. Yeah. He didn’t blame her. He blamed… he told me he blamed those two people.”

Pelosi and Obama both allegedly played key roles in getting Biden to step aside. Previous reporting also would lend credence to Trump’s account of his conversation with Biden and the latter’s bitter feelings toward his erstwhile allies.
