Women Flip Off Trump Fans Screaming ‘BABY KILLERS!’ Outside Anti-Trump Town Hall

Women entering an anti-Trump town hall held by Rep. Eric Swalwell flipped off fans of President Donald Trump who were screaming “Commies! Pedophiles! BABY KILLERS!” on their way in.

Rep. Swalwell represents the constituents of California’s 14th Congressional District, but has been pressuring Rep. Young Kim (R-CA) to hold town halls to defend her votes for Trump policies.

On Friday, Swalwell — a frequent and outspoken Trump critic — held a town hall meeting in Kim’s district that was streamed by the Democratic Party of Orange County.

But the pro-Trump California Patriot Livestream was there to record a counter-protest by Trump supporters who screamed at attendees as they entered and tried to troll Swalwell when he arrived.

The stream lasted almost two hours.

Swalwell opened with a blistering salvo at Trump and Rep. Kim:

You were promised lower prices on day one. By a show of hands—how many of you are feeling those lower prices?

You were promised an end to all wars on day one. How many of you have seen an end to those wars?

Donald Trump is 0 for 150. He made those promises on day one—and now we’re on day 150.

But you know what? You have a local member of Congress, and she’s supposed to be accountable to you. Young Kim refuses to hold a town hall. She’s been ordered by Republican leadership not to speak to you.

You shouldn’t have to pay to attend a fundraiser just to talk to your member of Congress.

To that I say: I’ll show up. I’ll talk to you.

After torching Trump in his opening remarks, Swalwell took questions from the audience, including a woman who asked — perhaps jokingly — what keeps Republicans from pushing back against Trump, and asking whether they’re being promised “a lordship” or if threats to their children’s lives could be the reason.
