‘A Match Made in Heaven’: Trevor Noah Shows How the GOP Birthed Trump
Trevor Noah opened tonight’s Daily Show by arguing that despite protestations from Republicans that Donald Trump doesn’t represent their party… he kinda does.
He went through a list of things Republicans have wanted in candidates––an outsider, a businessman, someone politically incorrect who tells it like it is––and said “they’re a match made in heaven.”
He even said that Trump and other Republicans are so in sync, “they can finish each other’s xenophobic sentences.”
Noah concluded by telling Trump and the GOP to just get in a room, dim the rights, and “Fox News and chill.”
