Abby Huntsman Joining Fox & Friends Weekend as Co-Host

Fox News contributor Abby Huntsman announced on Twitter Tuesday that she was joining the weekend edition of Fox & Friends as a host.

Couldn’t be more excited and humbled to officially join the @foxandfriends family as co-host of Fox and Friends Weekend! A fun ride ahead!

Huntsman, the daughter of former Republican Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, will be replacing former host Anna Kooiman. The show recently also saw the departure of Tucker Carlson after he was given his own Fox primetime show Tucker Carlson Tonight.

“Abby’s energetic reporting and ability to connect with our viewers make her a great addition on the curvy couch,” Fox Executive VP for Programming Suzanne Scott said in a statement. “We are pleased to welcome her to the FOX & Friends Weekend team.”

Before joining Fox News in 2015, Huntsman was the host of MSNBC’s The Cycle. Before that, she was a host for Huffington Post Live and an ABC News political commentator.
