CBS’ Lara Logan in Self-Quarantine After Returning from Liberia

CBS News’ Lara Logan is currently in self-quarantine in South Africa after going to Liberia for a report on the outbreak of Ebola. Logan spoke out from quarantine in a 60 Minutes Overtime segment from last night.

Logan said she’s continued to work on her report from quarantine and has taken every precaution to minimize exposure while doing so. She was joined by her security detail, tasked with keeping an eye on her and her crew to make sure they stay safe and don’t put themselves or others at risk.

And as for her report, Logan focused on the efforts of Americans who made the choice to come to places like Liberia and help stem the outbreak.
