GOP Sen. Mike Lee’s Flack Won’t Let Him on This Week Until Stephanopoulos Recuses

With the news that ABC’s This Week moderator George Stephanopoulos failed to disclose his $50K donation to the Clinton Foundation while reporting on the philanthropic organization, one Republican lawmaker’s press team has decided to withdraw him from any future appearances.

“I’m not letting my boss go on ABC until Stephanopoulos recuses himself from all 2016 coverage,” tweeted Conn Caroll, communications director for Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT):

The Republican senator most recently appeared on This Week last month to promote his book, Our Lost Constitution.
