Hunter Biden Gets Emotional: ‘I Take No Pleasure’ In ‘Watching This Death Spiral’ of the Trump Administration

Where’s Hunter? Well on Tuesday morning he was on Good Morning America.

The son of former Vice President Joe Biden — and central figure to the current impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump — sat down with ABC News reporter Amy Robach for a wide-ranging interview that ABC News execs thought wise to release over a series of segments and shows.

In a previously aired segment, Hunter Biden pushed back on “completely ridiculous” and “debunked” conspiracy theories put forth by Rudy Giuliani and President Trump, but in this segment, he was asked about how President Trump will react from this interview.

Robach asked “President Trump will likely see or at least read about this interview. Anything you’d like him to hear from you.”

Biden replied “No, no. I mean really no. It’s really hard for me to say anything snarky right now or combative because I was raised to respect that office,” pausing before saying “I don’t know — it’s making me emotional.”

Robach pressed “why do you think you’re getting emotional?”

“Because I’m really proud of being an American,” Biden replied, adding”But I have to admit I take no pleasure in this watching this death spiral of this administration, this president and the people that surround him.”
