‘It Sounds Homosexual’: Jesse Watters Objects When Co-Host Accuses Him of Being ‘Wildly Attracted’ to Democratic Governor
Fox’s Jesse Watters objected to the accusation by co-host Jessica Tarlov that he was “wildly attracted” to Governor Wes Moore (D-MD) on Friday’s edition of The Five.
Remarking on the future of the Democratic Party, Tarlov noted that “some of the most popular governors in the country are Democrats like Andy Beshear (D-KY), Josh Shapiro (D-PA), Wes Moore — who Jesse is wildly attracted to.”
“When you say it like that, it sounds homosexual,” Watters pushed back. “I said he was cool when I saw him shotgun a beer at a tailgate. That’s it.”
“I heard you in the green room go, ‘Hey, Wes is Moore.’ And then you, like, touched yourself,” added co-host Greg Gutfeld.
The segment originally started with the hosts debriefing former Vice President Kamala Harris’s recent pre-recorded statement at the ‘Fight for Our Future’ summit in Washington, D.C., and accusing Democrats of focusing too much energy on “climate change, pronouns, and furries.”
Yet Tarlov pointed out that she “doesn’t know any Democrat who isn’t spending all their time actually focused on how we ended up in this position,” despite raised questions over the scope of the Democratic National Committee’s upcoming autopsy of the 2024 election.
“I’m not worried about the furry problem,” Tarlov said. “Donald Trump has lost 40 points with Gen-Z voters since he came into office.”
