‘It’s All About Michigan!’ Fox Pundit Sounds the Alarm For Biden Reelection After Rashida Tlaib Goes Off On Him
Fox News contributor Byron York sounded the alarm for the Biden 2024 campaign after Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) tore into the president while addressing a controversial, pro-Palestinian conference over the weekend. Tlaib called President Biden an “enabler” of genocide and urged her supporters not to vote for him come November.
“We see Rashida Tlaib there pushing for protest votes. And Michigan obviously one of the prizes every year, but even perhaps more so with the way the polling is going there,” Fox anchor Griff Jenkins asked York on Monday.
“It’s all about Michigan. Obviously, he has a member of Congress from Michigan, a Democrat. Just absolutely, going off after him, for failing to say what, what Israel is doing in Gaza is genocide and all this kind of stuff that is not representative of the larger Democratic coalition. It is all about Michigan,” York replied, adding:
If you look at the Electoral College vote, how does Donald Trump win? Well, first of all, he has to win all the states he won in 2020, which he can probably do. Then he has to win Arizona and Georgia. He’s looking pretty good in them and then he has to win one. Just one of Pennsylvania, Michigan or Wisconsin. Michigan looks like a real good possibility for him. And if Joe Biden loses one of those, Donald Trump could win. So that’s why you see what a huge thing, having Representative Tlaib just go completely off on the president is for him.
“Well, you know, it’s interesting because there’s a debate going on, if not perhaps a fight amongst Democrats. Many Democrats are simply saying that things like Gaza aren’t resonating with voters, Democrat voters. James Carville, the man who coined, ‘It’s the economy stupid,’ just blasting, things like Gaza and student loans. Here’s a little bit of what he said. Take a listen,” Jenkins noted before the two discussed Carville’s recent comments blasting Democrats’ messaging so far this election cycle.
