Joy Behar Threatens To Make Out with JLo To Trigger Ben Shapiro After ‘Elderly’ Women Rant

The View’s Joy Behar threatened to trigger Ben Shapiro by making out with Jennifer Lopez after the right-wing podcaster ranted against “elderly” people acting like “teenage clowns.”

On Friday’s The View, Behar and her co-hosts responded to a clip of Shapiro this week ranting against everyone from Taylor Swift to Lopez to Theo Von for not acting their age. He called fellow podcaster Von, 45, a “refugee from the stoners club” and took issue with a performance by “grandma-ma” Lopez, 55, in which she kissed both men and women on stage.

Behar called Shapiro’s rant the “dumbest statement” she’s heard all year.

“It’s kind of like the conversation you have with the Sex and the City cast versus the Golden Girls. How age looks, how we perceive it, how culture accepts it, is an ever-changing thing. Like, to call someone elderly at 55 is actually just ignorant,” Sara Haines said.

Ana Navarro brought up the fact that Shapiro may have been offended by Lopez specifically because she kissed a girl on stage. Navarro then brought up Behar’s, 82, habit of kissing women on the show. In a clip shown, Behar kissed comedian Sarah Silverman on a past episode.

“So, Joy, congratulations to the club of acting like a 17-year-old,” Navarro said.

“I’ve kissed a lot of women on this show, yeah,” Behar responded.

Alyssa Farah Griffin asked why she hasn’t kissed her or any of her co-hosts, which Haines responded to by saying Behar tries to kiss her all the time.

“I may be affectionate, but I’m not a hoe,” Behar declared.

Navarro suggested that the next time Lopez is on the show Behar kiss her, which Behar happily agreed to.

“I’ll be happy to kiss JLo. I think he’s jealous. He’s jealous because she wouldn’t be interested in him,” she said.

Shapiro responded to Behar by doubling down on his “teenage clowns” logic.

“[Joy Behar], 82, just offered to make out with JLo, 55, to prove me wrong about older women acting like teenage clowns,” he wrote on X. “It’s a bold strategy.”
