Laura Ingraham, Gretchen Carlson Proudly Proclaim They Have Banned Video Games In Their Homes

With Americans still picking up the pieces from the massacre in Connecticut on Friday, Fox & Friends host Gretchen Carlson and conservative radio host Laura Ingraham announced on Tuesday that they have instituted a partial or complete ban on video games in their homes.

“There’s been a lot of talk about the fact that kids are actually experiencing what it feels like to murder somebody when they play these games,” Carlson said, asking Ingraham’s opinion on games. “I have to tell you that I made a decision after this happened Friday to not buy a specific kind of video equipment for my child that eventually he could get those games for.”

“Until, as Gretchen said, we talk about what our children consume, what they listen to, what they watch – the numbness that I see in the culture, with killings on television, with people thrown in the back of cars on television with their throats open – I don’t watch this stuff,” Ingraham said.

“I don’t allow video games in my house,” Ingraham added. “For me, personally, no more screen time. I think the screen time in numbing these kids.”
