Mike Lindell Dons Literal Tin Foil Hat While Talking About Voting Machine Trial

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell wore a tin foil hat on former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon’s War Room.

Lindell — who is currently being sued by Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems over his claims that voting machines were used to rig the 2020 election in President Joe Biden’s favor — appeared on Bannon’s show on Monday wearing a hat wrapped in tin foil, before symbolically removing the hat in celebration of a court ruling in Georgia.

“First of all, Steve, I get to take off my tin foil hat. You know, that’s what that judge said, we’re not a conspiracy theory guy anymore. Praise the lord,” Lindell told Bannon:

This is a landmark case, we have people down in Georgia. We’re all over this, Steve, we have been for a long time. This has been going on for a long time. This is going to expose everything. The judge has opened the door that no man can shut and we’re going to go through it and this is huge. Absolutely huge.

He concluded, “I was just texting one of my friends down in Argentina, and down there, in the primaries, they had problems with their machines so they got rid of them, and they got rid of them before the general election. Thirty million people just voted in the general election, they’re gonna save their country, and the votes got in one night!”

The case is about “whether Georgia’s statewide electronic voting system, as currently designed and implemented, suffers from major cybersecurity deficiencies that unconstitutionally burden Plaintiffs’ First and Fourteenth Amendment rights and capacity to case effective votes that are accurately counted.”

District Court Judge Amy Totenberg refused to dismiss the case this month and ordered a trial to begin in January.

As noted by Raw Story, “At no point does Mike Lindell’s name appear anywhere in the court filing, nor does it say he was ‘vindicated.'”

Last month, Lindell’s lawyers filed a motion to withdraw from his defense against Smartmatic and Dominion, alleging that Lindell had not paid his legal bills in months and owed “millions of dollars.”
