NBC Affiliate Reporter Gets Up Close and Personal with Human Excrement

 

One of the advantages of being a TV reporter is going around and talking to average people, learning from them and sharing their stories with viewers. On the flip side, sometimes you end up getting up close and personal with a literal pile of sh*t, which one St. Louis reporter was subjected to when she filed a report on one farmer using human excrement as fertilizer.

And just to give you some idea of how close and personal she got…

Yes. KSDK reporter Elizabeth Matthews actually picked up and smelled human crap. That’s some job dedication right there.

And remarkably, she didn’t seem too bothered by it:
