O’Reilly: Media Elitists Consider Trump ‘Personally Unworthy, Beneath Them’

billBill O’Reilly started his show tonight by saying the core reason the media hates Donald Trump isn’t his policies or his rhetoric, it’s him as a person.

Yes, O’Reilly said, the media hates “who he is, a wealthy man who’s not politically correct, who has made an enormous amount of money by selling himself.”

He pointed out Trump’s sorta-contradictory statements earlier this week about disliking the media and said The Donald understands he needs “some kind of arrangement with the press corps” if he’s president and can’t be trashing them all the time.

O’Reilly expected that network news would be “more measured” in dealing with Trump, but they’ll still try to “rattle” him.

But as far as he’s concerned, the media considers Trump “personally unworthy, beneath them, and destructive to their ideology.”
