Sanders Stands by Belief Climate Change Is Biggest National Security Threat
With foreign policy and terrorism on the minds of all Americans tonight, CBS debate moderator John Dickerson asked Bernie Sanders if he still believes climate change is the greatest national security threat.
Sanders made that statement at the last Democratic debate, and he reiterated his belief tonight.
He said that “climate change is directly related to the growth of terrorism” because as it continues, countries will be struggling over limited resources.
