Trump: Hillary Committed Crime with Email Server but Will Go Unpunished

PicMonkey Collage - TrumpDonald Trump told Sean Hannity in his Tuesday evening interview that Hillary Clinton‘s latest email revelations prove her actions as criminal, but that she will not face legal consequences because of Democratic Party members in high places.

“You have Democrats [who] are all the prosecutors and they don’t want to prosecute it,” Trump said. “Did she commit a crime? Yes. Will they prosecute it? Perhaps no.”

Trump also went on to say that between the discovery of top secret emails on her server, and the continuing questions regarding donations to the Clinton Foundation, Clinton will be hard-pressed to win the campaign. The GOP frontrunner also voiced his frustration that Clinton is not facing similar consequences to David Petraeus, the former CIA director who resigned after it was discovered that he gave access to classified information to his ex-mistress.

“[Petraeus] did a tiny fraction of what she did,” Trump said, “his life is destroyed. He has been ruined.”
