Trump Slams ‘Fake News’ and Democrats Over His Own Border Policy: They Want ‘Open Borders’

Here we go again.

President Trump is back on Twitter and taking aim at the real villains in the controversy surrounding his administration’s policy of breaking migrant families apart at the border. This is president’s own policy and he could address the issue without having to wait for a new immigration bill from Congress first, but it wouldn’t be a Trump tweet if he didn’t triple down by blaming Democrats and the “fake news” media.

The Fake News is not mentioning the safety and security of our Country when talking about illegal immigration. Our immigration laws are the weakest and worst anywhere in the world, and the Dems will do anything not to change them & to obstruct-want open borders which means crime!

It’s not clear that any Democrats have advocated for “open borders.” Knowing Trump, this probably won’t be his only tweet for the morning, so we’ll just have to see what comes next from the Presidential Twitter Machine.

It’s the Democrats fault, they won’t give us the votes needed to pass good immigration legislation. They want open borders, which breeds horrible crime. Republicans want security. But I am working on something – it never ends!
