Actress Busy Philipps Goes Off After Chair of Dem Group Confuses Her for Sarah Huckabee Sanders

Jon Cooper, the chairman of the anti-Trump Democratic Coalition, posted an image on Twitter yesterday of who he said was Sarah Huckabee Sanders, but was actually actress Busy Philipps.

This is the (now-deleted) tweet Cooper sent out taking a shot at Huckabee Sanders:

He deleted it but if all you can think to call Sarah Sanders out on is her face you've got problems beyond not knowing this is Busy Philipps pic.twitter.com/cPBE9X11H9

Cooper took the tweet down later and offered the following defense:

I deleted this tweet after I found out the pic wasn't Sanders but rather an actress w/ a huge fan base (who now all HATE me, lol). My bad! ? pic.twitter.com/AdET9yaEUE

My advice: Just because a Google search identifies an image as being a certain person, take that with a grain of salt! It could be wrong. ?

Actually,my Google search was for "teenage Sarah Huckabee Sanders," but the image turned out to be an actress from a TV series 20 years ago.

As EW noted in its report, a photo of Philipps does show up if you do a Google Image search for “Sarah Huckabee as teen,” but looking at the original article it was used for shows it’s not Huckabee Sanders in that particular photo.

And Philipps could not believe this was actually happening:
