Alan Dershowitz: Jesus Christ Was ‘Exercising His First Amendment Rights!’

TMZ caught up with Alan Dershowitz recently, who told the site’s reporters that he could have gotten nobody less than the Son of God acquitted.

“I would have loved to be the lawyer for Jesus!” he said. “In front of the Sanhedrin!” Dershowitz said he was pretty certain he could have changed the outcome.

The Nazarene was “just exercising his First Amendment rights,” he added.

Weighing in the recent dramatization of the O.J. Simpson trial on FX, Dershowitz said, “I liked the guy who played me.”
