Bill Cosby: ‘A Guy Doesn’t Have to Answer to Innuendos’
Bill Cosby been very tight-lipped about the allegations of rape and seual assault against him (though he did briefly make light of how people are demonizing him in a show this week), but in an interview last night, he took offense at people trying to get him to “answer to innuendos.”
He told Florida Today that he heard a radio station was offering prizes for people who went to his show and heckled him. Cosby was very dismayed and worried that such encouragement would lead to unwanted violence.
And for anyone who believes he needs to say more on the multiple accusations against him, Cosby only has this to say:
I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn’t have to answer to innuendos. People should fact check. People shouldn’t have to go through that and shouldn’t answer to innuendos.
Over a dozen women so far have come forward with claims Cosby took advantage of them or raped them.
