Christine O’Donnell Unveils New Campaign Ad, Courtesy Of Sen. Jim DeMint

As we told you earlier, Sen. Harry Reid thinks that Delaware’s Democratic candidate for Senate Chris Coons is his “pet.” Now Sen. Jim DeMint is seizing on that potent quotable, and using the Senate Conservatives Fund to pay for a new television advertisement for Christine O’Donnell.

Says the ad:

What do we need in Washington? … Delaware doesn’t need a Washington career politician’s “pet.” Christine O’Donnell’s not afraid to stand up to the party bosses and power brokers.

Then the commercial lists the fearless candidate’s campaign platform:

Get our economy moving again. Balance the budget. Stop the bailouts. Freedom to choose our doctors and health plans. Christine O’Donnell stands up for us, not for Washington.
